I am a new client and feel compelled to give you feedback on two of your employees: Megan Andriulli and especially Donna Pompeo.
They have been consummate professionals, working seamlessly with my internal team to sort out all the moving parts of this project. Donna closely reviewed our existing script and made excellent suggestions. She figured out what we needed technically to merge our two systems.
But most of all, they both demonstrated immense patience and perseverance. Never before I have I worked so long or so hard or on so many different projects at once since Covid reared its ugly head – it was all too easy to get off track. But, Donna was always keeping in touch without being a bother and without getting frustrated with me (a miracle!). Megan gently reminded me of the things that need to be done so I could stick to deadlines.
It is because of their efforts, not my own, that this project will come to fruition – and I trust many more projects in the future as well.

Thanks again!! I’ll have to say this was a breeze so please tell management that your approval as a GSA vendor really made the process of purchasing so easy. You all checked the NDAA 889 compliant box, GSA (did not require open market research), Tax exemption was understood, and payment portal was quick. It was very simple! Of course it helped that Rob did the Market Research but you all had done your homework!
