An Original Musical Version of the Children's Classic

Music by Neil Fishman     Book and Lyrics by Harvey Edelman

Commissioned by the Pittsburgh Playhouse Junior Children's Theatre, this is a new musical version of the children's classic in which the clever Puss helps Clarence, the farmer's son, discover his unrealized potential; while his bumbling brothers plot against him; and a terribly comic female monster threatens mayhem upon the local population; and all ends happily!

"The music and lyrics are absolutely charming! I see and hear so much that has to be rejected for simple lack of quality that it was a delight to come across the two songs "Best Foot Forward" and "More Than Meets the Eye." They are wonderful."
