OUELLETTE JOINS HOLDCOM CLIENT RELATIONS TEAM

GLEN ROCK, NJ - R.J. Ouellette, of Demarest, has been appointed client relations representative for Glen Rock-based Holdcom, a leading provider of message on hold services.

Ouellette joins the company’s growing client relations team, which offers a unique level of personalized service and responsive customer support to more than 6,000 clients nationwide.  Holdcom’s audio marketing services include voice production for telecommunications and the Internet, copywriting and multi-lingual recording.

In his new position, Ouellette is responsible for assessing client needs and resolving client issues while educating customers to the growing family of services offered by the company.

Ouellette is a graduate of Suffolk University, in Boston, Massachusetts, with more than three years experience in high-tech customer relations.
